The varnish lay on, like as powder coating, happen by electrostatic way, in 40-100 µm thickness. We ensure the requirement surface cleaning with high pressure degreaser and phosphating process in a separate plant. In the curing oven, we cure on 180-200 degree with 20-40 minutes technology time.
We have 2 curing ovens, where take on small and high series varnishing. Overall dimensions: 1600 x 1100 x 4200 mm. height / width / depth.
Our customers can choose depends on color and material:
- RAL, and NCS range of color
- outdoor (polyester), and indoor (epoxy-polyester) use
- structures, mat, glossy and satinised surface varnishing.
