The electrostatic powder coating, another name by sintering is a technology with which we give negative charge for the workpieces. Thereafter the 40-120 microns thickness sprayed plastic powder (indoor or outdoor) get a positive charge. In this way, the metal attracts the ink powder for itself.
The ends-of-process is with the curing in the curing oven, on 180-200 degree, with 10-20 minutes technology times. With this technology, we are able to paint every color of the RAL scale.
